Shipping Policies


After you place an order with rightontrack.com, we send you an email confirming we have received it. We send a second confirmation email when your order has shipped. Please save these emails for your records.

We work hard to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost, and we believe that we are extremely fair when making these calculations. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method. We charge only enough to cover shipping and handling. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

We ship to all fifty States and to US territories. We ship Internationally. We DO NOT ship to PO boxes or to APO/FPO military addresses. We DO NOT ship to multiple addresses.

Ground – 3 - 7 business days
Express -- 2 - 3 business days
Overnight – One business Day
International – 7 – 10 business days

Return Policies

We aim to please. Therefore, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with a product, we will gladly accept most returns. However, we do have several return policies:

First, all products ship out with a “Not Returnable if Removed” tag. This tag GUARANTEES the authenticity of the item. If this tag is removed, or in any way tampered with or destroyed, the article may NOT be returned.

Second, even with the tag, all articles must be in PRISTINE RESELLABLE CONDITION. We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Third, due to the high cost of shipping, shipping insurance, and handling, we require a 15% restocking fee for any returns.

Fourth, All articles must be returned within seven business days of receipt. We will not accept returns of articles that have been out of our warehouse for longer than that.


Pricing and Typographical Errors

While rightontrack.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, rightontrack shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, rightontrack may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We strive to provide you with the lowest prices possible. However, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Color Discrepancies

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
